This is my first foray into GameMaker development. It's a little odd in places, but I'm adapting well.
I've decided to start with a simple project with an infinite world and multiplayer gameplay... How hard can it be?

Like a lot of people, I got pretty excited about owning a Raspberry PI, without thinking about what I was going to use it for.
I have a few ideas including a smart mirror (classic), a home server / image / memories box, and also a simple thing that turns the bedside light off on command, because I'm too lazy to reach over and turn it off myself.
Future games developed in collaboration with my brother will be published under the banner of Gold Bit Studios.
As we are both developers in part, we may also release other web products under this name.

This project aims to collate player opinions from over the web, combined with a quick idea of what the viewer actually wants to play along with their hardware requirements (E.G. Don't bother trying to play World of Tanks on a netbook), we try and let people find games they would actually want to play.
